The Heart and Vascular Clinic provides complete diagnostic and intervention services for coronary and peripheral artery disease to patients in Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas. Our main office is located in the Centennial Medical Center Doctor’s Pavilion, and we conduct weekly clinics in Brentwood and Lawrenceburg for our patients’ convenience. About Our Practice
We focus on cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, vascular disease, congestive heart failure and women’s health.
If you have been referred by one of your physicians, we welcome you! Please use this web site to learn more about our care philosophy, our physician and staff, as well as read information about procedures and disease processes related to your health.
You will also find new patient forms and an online patient portal with many resources for those we care for.

If you are experiencing emergency symptoms, please call 911 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room. You are someone else may then inform our staff of the situation.
Our Staff
Gina G. Chandler, M.D. joined the practice in 2001. Dr. Chandler received her undergraduate degree from George Washington University and medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forrest University in North Carolina. Dr. Chandler completed her residency at Yale New-Haven Hospital and Cardiology fellowship at Georgetown University Medical Center.
After completing an additional interventional cardiology fellowship at Georgetown, Dr. Chandler moved to Nashville serving as Chief of Cardiology at Centennial Medical Center from 2004 to 2005.
