There are several payment options available to assist you in paying your bill.

If you have health insurance, you should become familiar with the terms of your insurance coverage. It is the patient's responsibility to be sure pre-certification is completed if required. The Heart and Vascular Clinic will submit your claim to your insurance company and attempt to have your claim processed in a timely manner. The patient is responsibe for any amount above and beyond the contractual agreement.

Your bill reflects all of the services you receive during your visit. Discounts apply for self-payment.
